حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ وَعَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَا ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَمُّ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ سِيَاهٍ حَدَّثَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ رَبَاحٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
كُنْتُ فِي مَجْلِسِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَسَمُرَةُ وَأَبُو أُمَامَةَ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ الْفُحْشَ وَالتَّفَحُّشَ لَيْسَا مِنَ الْإِسْلَامِ فِي شَيْءٍ وَإِنَّ أَحْسَنَ النَّاسِ إِسْلَامًا أَحَاسِنُهُمْ أَخْلَاقًا»

✧ I was in the assembly of the Prophet ﷺ with Samurah and Abu Umamah, and he said: "Obscenity and indecency have nothing to do with Islam in any way. Indeed, the best people in Islam are those who are best in character."
