حَدَّثَنَا وَاثِلَةُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا كَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا بَقِيَّةُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ التَّمِيمِيُّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنِ ابْتُلِيَ بِالْقَضَاءِ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَلْيُسَاوِي بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الْمَجْلِسِ فِي الْإِشَارَةِ وَالنَّظَرِ وَلَا يَرْفَعُ صَوْتَهُ عَلَى أَحَدِ الْخَصْمَيْنِ أَكْثَرَ مِنَ الْآخَرِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: «Whoever is tested with judging between Muslims, let him treat them equally in the seating, in gesture and gaze, and let him not raise his voice against one of the two litigants more than the other.»
