حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا ؓ يَوْمَ الْجَمَلِ يَقُولُ لِابْنِهِ حَسَنٍ «يَا حَسَنُ وَدِدْتُ أَنِّي كُنْتُ مِتُّ مُنْذُ عِشْرِينَ سَنَةً»
