حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ أَخْبَرَنِي مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَنَّاقٍ عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ
عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تُخَضِّبِ الْمُتَوَفَّاةُ زَوْجُهَا وَلَا تَكْتَحِلْ وَلَا تُطَيِّبْ وَلَا تَلْبَسْ ثَوْبًا مَصْبُوغًا وَلَا تَلْبَسْ حُلِيًّا»

✧ On the authority of Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet ﷺ, from the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "A woman whose husband has died should not dye her hair, nor apply kohl, nor wear perfume, nor wear a dyed garment, nor wear jewelry."
