✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was in the desert when a caller cried out to him, 'O Messenger of Allah!' He turned but saw no one. Then he turned again and saw a gazelle tied up. It said, 'Come near me, O Messenger of Allah.' He came near it and said, 'What do you need?' It said, 'I have two fawns in that mountain. Untie me so I can go nurse them, then I will return to you.' He said, 'Will you do that?' It said, 'May Allah punish me with the punishment of a she-camel that withholds her milk if I do not.' So he released it, and it went and nursed its two fawns, then came back and he tied it again. The Bedouin woke up and said, 'Do you need anything, O Messenger of Allah?' He said, 'Yes, release this one.' So he released it, and it ran off saying, 'I bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that you are the Messenger of Allah.'
