حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْفُرَاتِ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِجَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ هَلْ كُنْتُمْ تَذْكُرُونَ الشِّعْرَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ نَعَمْ «كُنَّا نَذْكُرُ عِنْدَهُ الْأَشْعَارَ فَنَضْحَكُ ويَبْتَسِمُ»
