حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا فِطْرُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْجَدَلِيِّ قَالَ قَالَتْ
أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ أَيُسَبُّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِيكُمْ؟ قُلْتُ وَمَنْ يَسُبُّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ؟ قَالَتْ «أَلَيْسَ يُسَبُّ عَلِيٌّ وَمَنْ يُحِبُّهُ وَقَدْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُحِبُّهُ»

✧ Umm Salamah said: "O Abu 'Abdillah, is the Messenger of Allah ﷺ insulted among you?" I said: "Who insults the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?" She said: "Is not 'Ali insulted, and those who love him? And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to love him."
