✧ The skin of the Prophet ﷺ and the companions of the false accusation

حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«كُنْتُ أَلْعَبُ بِهَذِهِ الْبَنَاتِ فَكُنَّ جَوَارِي يَأْتِينَنِي فَيَلْعَبْنَ مَعِي فَإِذَا رَأَيْنَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ تَقَمَّعْنَ فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُسَرِّبُهُنَّ إِلَيَّ»

Translation

✧ I used to play with these dolls, and my slave girls would come to me and play with me. When they saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ they would hide, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would send them to me.
