حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ قَالَ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنَ الْأَحْزَابِ دَخَلَ مُغْتَسِلًا يَغْتَسِلُ» فَجَاءَ جِبْرِيلُ فَقَالَ يَا مُحَمَّدُ قَدْ وَضَعْتُمْ أَسْلِحَتَكُمْ مَا وَضَعْنَا أَسْلِحَتَنَا بَعْدُ اذْهَبْ إِلَى بَنِي قُرَيْظَةَ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُهُ مِنْ خَلَلِ التُّرَابِ قَدْ عَصَبَ التُّرَابُ رَأْسَهُ

Translation

✧ When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished from the Confederates, he entered the place of washing to bathe. Then Jibril came and said, 'O Muhammad, you have put down your weapons, but we have not put down our weapons yet; go to Banu Qurayza.' Aisha said, 'O Messenger of Allah, I saw him through the dust, with dust bound around his head.'
