حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُسَافِرٍ التِّنِّيسِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ الزَّمْعِيِّ عَنْ هَاشِمِ بْنِ هَاشِمٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ وَهْبِ بْنِ زَمْعَةَ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ دَعَا فَاطِمَةَ بَعْدَ الْفَتْحِ فَنَاجَاهَا فَبَكَتْ ثُمَّ حَدَّثَهَا فَضَحِكَتْ قَالَتْ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ فَلَمْ أَسْأَلْهَا حَتَّى إِذَا تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ سَأَلْتُ فَاطِمَةَ عَنْ بُكَائِهَا وَضَحِكِهَا فَقَالَتْ فَاطِمَةُ «أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّهُ يَمُوتُ ثُمَّ أَخْبَرَنِي إِنِّي سَيِّدَةُ نِسَاءِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ بَعْدَ مَرْيَمَ بِنْتِ عِمْرَانَ فَلِذَلِكَ ضَحِكْتُ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ called Fatimah after the conquest and whispered to her, and she wept. Then he spoke to her and she laughed. Umm Salamah said: “I did not ask her until when the Messenger of God ﷺ died. I asked Fatimah about her weeping and her laughter, and Fatimah said: ‘He told me that he will die, then he told me that I am the mistress of the women of the people of Paradise after Maryam daughter of ‘Imran. That is why I laughed.’”
