حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْحُلْوَانِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللهِ وَالْفَتْحُ دَعَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَاطِمَةَ فَقَالَ «إِنَّهُ قَدْ نُعِيَتْ إِلَيَّ نَفْسِي فَبَكَتْ» فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا تَبْكِي فَإِنَّكِ أَوَّلُ أَهْلِي لُحُوقًا لَاحِقًا بِي» فَضَحِكْتُ فَرَآهَا بَعْضُ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ لَهَا رَأَيْتُكَ بَكَيْتَ وَضَحَكْتَ قَالَتْ إِنَّهُ قَالَ لِي «نُعِيَتْ إِلَيَّ نَفْسِي» فَبَكَيْتُ فَقَالَ «لَا تَبْكِي فَإِنَّكِ أَوَّلُ أَهْلِي لَاحِقًا بِي» فَضَحِكْتُ

✧ When 'When the victory of Allah and the conquest comes' was revealed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ called Fatimah and said, "My soul has been announced to me as departing," so she wept. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to her, "Do not weep, for you are the first of my family to join me." So I laughed. Some of the wives of the Prophet ﷺ saw her and said to her, "I saw you weep and laugh." She said, "He said to me, 'My soul has been announced to me,' so I wept. Then he said, 'Do not weep, for you are the first of my family to join me,' so I laughed."
