حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْمُؤَدِّبُ ومُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَا ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا مِنْدَلُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ نَبْهَانَ عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَاتَ لِي وَلَدَانِ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ مَاتَ لَهُ وَلَدَانِ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ أَدْخَلَهُ اللهُ الْجَنَّةَ بِفَضْلِ رَحْمَتِهِ إِيَّاهُمَا»

✧ I said: 'O Messenger of God, two children of mine have died in Islam.' The Messenger of God ﷺ said: 'Whoever has two children die in Islam, God will admit him to Paradise by the abundance of His mercy toward them.'
