حَدَّثَنَا عَلَّانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ مَاغِمَهْ قَالَ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ثنا أَبِي ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ

دَقَّ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْبَابَ وَقَدْ أَلْمَمْتُ بِالْمَرْأَةِ فَكَرِهْتُ أَنْ أخْرُجَ إِلَيْهِ حَتَّى أغْتَسِلُ فَأَبْطَأْتُ عَلَيْهِ فَلَحِقْتُهُ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ فَقَالَ لِي «كُنْتَ أَنْزَلْتَ» قُلْتُ لَا قَالَ «أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيْكَ إِلَّا الْوُضُوءُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ knocked on my door while I had been intimate with my wife. I disliked going out to him until I performed ghusl, so I was slow in coming to him. I caught up with him and informed him. He said to me: “Did you ejaculate?” I said: “No.” He said: “Indeed, only wudu was required of you.”
