حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ قَالَا ثنا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنَ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُخَيْمِرَةَ

عَنْ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ صَاحِبِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ وَلِيَ مِنْ أَمْرِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ شَيْئًا فَاحْتَجَبَ دُونَ حَاجَتِهِمْ وَفَاقَتِهِمْ وَفَقْرِهِمُ احْتَجَبَ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَنْ خَلَّتِهِ وَحَاجَتِهِ وَفَقْرِهِ وَفَاقِتِهِ»

✧ From Abu Maryam, the Companion of the Messenger of God ﷺ, who said: "I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: 'Whoever is put in charge of any affair of the Muslims and then hides himself from their need, their poverty, and their destitution, God will hide Himself from his need, his poverty, and his destitution on the Day of Resurrection.'"
