حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالَا ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مُرَّةَ الْحَنَفِيُّ عَنْ كُلَيْبِ بْنِ مَنْفَعَةَ الْحَنَفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَنْ أَبَرُّ؟ قَالَ «أُمُّكَ وَأَبَاكَ وَأُخْتَكَ وَأَخَاكَ وَمَوْلَاكَ الَّذِي يَلِي ذَاكَ حَقًّا وَاجِبًا وَرَحِمًا مَوْصُولَةً»

✧ I said: “O Messenger of God, whom should I treat with utmost kindness?” He said: “Your mother, your father, your sister, your brother, and your freed slave who is next to you—that is a binding right and a joined kinship.”
