حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ يُوسُفَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَلَّامٍ يَقُولُ

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ لِرَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَةٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ اعْتَمِرَا فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَإِنَّ عُمْرَةً فِيهِ كَحَجَّةٍ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said to a man and woman from the Ansar: “Perform ʿumrah in the month of Ramadan, for an ʿumrah in it is like a Hajj.”
