حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ أَرِقَّاءَكُمْ أَرِقَّاءَكُم أَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ وَأَلْبِسُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَلْبَسُونَ وَإِنْ جَاءُوا بِذَنْبٍ لَا تُرِيدُونَ أَنْ تَغْفِرُوهُ فَبِيعُوا عَبَّادَ اللهِ وَلَا تُعَذِّبُوهُمْ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said during the Farewell Pilgrimage: “Your slaves, your slaves! Feed them from what you eat and clothe them from what you wear. If they commit a sin that you do not wish to forgive, then sell the servants of God and do not punish them.”
