حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ قَالَ ثنا ابْنُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ قَالَ

خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «أَبْشِرُوا أَلَيْسَ تَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنِّي رَسُولُ اللهِ؟» قَالُوا بَلَى قَالَ «إِنَّ هَذَا الْقُرْآنَ سَبَبٌ طَرَفَهُ بِيَديِ اللهِ وَطَرَفَهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ فَتَمَسَّكُوا بِهِ فَإِنَّكُمْ لَنْ تَضِلُّوا وَلَنْ تَهْلَكُوا بَعْدَهُ أَبَدًا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us and said: 'Rejoice! Do you not testify that there is no god but Allah and that I am the Messenger of Allah?' They said, 'Yes.' He said, 'This Quran is a rope, one end of it is in Allah's hand and the other end is in your hands. Hold fast to it, for you will never go astray nor perish after it ever.'
