وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَمَّادِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ الْقَنَّادُ ثنا أَسْبَاطُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ هُلْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

كُنْتُ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ طَعَامٌ أَتَحَرَّجُ مِنْهُ آكُلُهُ قَالَ «لَا يَتَخَلَّجَنَّ فِي صَدْرِكَ شَيْءٌ ضَارَعْتَ فِيهِ النَّصْرَانِيَّةَ»

✧ I was with the Prophet ﷺ when a man came to him and said, "There is food from which I refrain out of scruple; may I eat it?" He said, "Let not anything creep into your chest that resembles Christianity."
