حَدَّثَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَنَدِيُّ ثنا أَبُو حُمَةَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا أَبُو قُرَّةَ قَالَ ذَكَرَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ قَالَ

«صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِالْأَبْطَحِ وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فِي قُبَّةٍ مِنْ أَدَمٍ فَتَوَضَّأَ مِنْ تَوْرِ حِجَارَةٍ فَخَرَجَ بِلَالٌ بِفَضْلِهِ فَصَلَّى الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ يَمُرُّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ الرَّجُلُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ وَالْحِمَارُ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْحَرْبَةِ»

✧ I prayed with the Prophet ﷺ at al-Abtah, and the Prophet ﷺ was in a dome of tanned leather. He performed ablution from a stone basin, and Bilal came out with the leftover water. Then he prayed Zuhr and Asr while men, women, and donkeys passed in front of him from beyond the spear.
