حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَا ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ بُخْتٍ الْمَكِّيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ النَّصْرِيِّ عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ مِنْ أَفْرَى الْفِرَى مَنْ قَوَّلَنِي مَا لَمْ أَقُلْ وَمَنِ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ وَمَنْ أَرَى عَيْنَيْهِ فِي الْمَنَامِ مَا لَمْ يَرَ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said, "Among the worst of fabrications is that someone attributes to me what I did not say, or claims descent from someone other than his father, or claims his eyes saw in a dream what they did not see."
