حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفَّى ثنا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَأَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ طَرَفَةَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ
أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ «اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي بَعِيرٍ فَأَقَامَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا شَاهِدَيْنِ أَنَّهُ لَهُ فَجَعَلَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمَا»
