حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ اسْتَشَارَهُمْ فِي إِمْلَاصِ الْمَرْأَةِ فَقَالَ

الْمُغِيرَةُ «قَضَى فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِغُرَّةٍ» فَقَالَ عُمَرُ إِنْ كُنْتَ صَادِقًا فَائْتِ بِأَحَدٍ يَعْلَمُ ذَلِكَ فَشَهِدَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى فِيهِ بِغُرَّةٍ

✧ Al-Mughirah said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled in it with a ghurrah (a slave)." Umar said: "If you are truthful, bring someone who knows that." Muhammad b. Maslamah testified that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ rule in it with a ghurrah.
