حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ
«كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِيهِ فَنَزَلَ لِحَاجَتِهِ فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِوَضُوءٍ وَعَلَيْهِ جُبَّةٌ ضَيِّقَةٌ فَأَخْرَجَ يَدَهُ مِنْ تَحْتِهَا فَصَبَبْتُ عَلَيْهِ فَتَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ خُفَّيْهِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was on one of his military expeditions and dismounted to relieve himself. I brought him water for ablution while he was wearing a tight jubbah. He brought his hand out from under it, and I poured water over it. He performed ablution and wiped over his leather socks.
