حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنِي قَيْسٌ حَدَّثَنِي الْمُغِيرَةُ قَالَ
مَا سَأَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الدَّجَّالِ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا سَأَلْتُهُ وَإِنَّهُ قَالَ لِي «مَا يَضُرُّكَ مِنْهُ؟» قُلْتُ إِنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ مَعَهُ جَبَلُ خُبْزٍ وَنَهَرُ مَاءٍ قَالَ «هُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَى اللهِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ»

✧ No one asked the Messenger of God ﷺ about the Dajjal more than I did. He said to me, “What harm can he do to you?” I said, “They say that with him there is a mountain of bread and a river of water.” He said, “He is too insignificant to God for that.”
