حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حُصَيْنٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْوَادِعِيُّ الْقَاضِي ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ الْأَوْدِيُّ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ قَابُوسَ بْنِ مُخَارِقٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «لَا قُدِّسَتْ أُمَّةٌ لَا يُؤْخَذُ فِيهَا للضَّعِيفِ حَقُّهُ غَيْرَ مُتَعْتَعٍ»
