حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيِسِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْمُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ كَثِيرٍ عَنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ بْنِ أَبِي وَدَاعَةَ
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ» صَلَّى فِي حَاشِيَةِ الطَّوَافِ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الطَّوَافِ سُتْرَةٌ هَذَا لَفْظُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ وَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا قَضَى سَعْيَهُ صَلَّى فِي حَاشِيَةِ الطَّوَافِ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الطَّائِفِينَ سُتْرَةٌ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ prayed at the edge of the circumambulation area with no barrier between him and the circumambulation area. This is the wording of 'Abd Allah b. Salih. Ibn 'Abd al-Hakam said in his hadith: I saw the Messenger of God ﷺ when he finished his sa'y, he prayed at the edge of the circumambulation area with no barrier between him and those circumambulating.
