حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عَارِمٌ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَيُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي قَالَا ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ قَالَا ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ بُدَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ الْهَوْزَنِيِّ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ الْكِنْدِيِّ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَنَا أَوْلَى بِكُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ مَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيْعَةً فَإِلَيَّ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ مَالًا فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ وَأَنَا وَلِيُّ مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ أَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَأَفُكُّ عَانَهُ وَالْخَالُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ يَرِثُ مَالَهُ وَيَفُكُّ عَانَهُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "I am closer to every believer than his own self. Whoever leaves behind a debt or dependents, they are my responsibility, and whoever leaves behind wealth, it is for his heirs. I am the guardian of the one who has no guardian: I inherit his wealth and ransom his prisoner. The maternal uncle is the guardian of the one who has no guardian: he inherits his wealth and ransoms his prisoner."
