حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ خَالِدِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ صَلَاحٍ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ طَاوُوسٍ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا طَلَاقَ لِمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ وَلَا عَتَاقَ لِمَنْ لَا يَمْلِكُ»
