حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ وَأَبُو عَقِيلٍ أَنَسُ بْنُ سَلْمٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ قَالَا ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْخُشَنِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ ثَوْبَانَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ تَنْزِلُونَ مَنْزِلًا يُقَالُ لَهُ الْجَابِيَةُ أَوِ الْجُوبِيَّةُ يُصِيبَكُمْ فِيهِ دَاءٌ مِثْلُ غُدَّةِ الْجَمَلِ يَسْتَشْهِدُ اللهُ بِهِ أَنْفُسَكُمْ وَذَرَارِيَّكُمْ وَيُزَكِّي بِهِ أَعْمَالَكُمْ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “You will alight at a place called al-Jābiyah or al-Jūbiyyah, where a disease like the gland of a camel will afflict you. Through it God will cause your souls and your offspring to be martyred, and He will purify your deeds by it.”
