حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمِنِ بْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الْمُتَحَابُّونَ فِي اللهِ فِي ظِلِّ عَرْشِ اللهِ يَوْمَ لَا ظِلَّ إِلَّا ظِلُّهُ يَفْزَعُ النَّاسُ وَلَا يَفْزَعُونَ وَيَخَافُ النَّاسُ وَلَا يَخَافُونَ» قَالَ فَقُمْتُ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ فَأَتَيْتُ عُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ فَقَالَ عُبَادَةُ وَخَيْرٌ مِنهَا سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «حَقَّتْ مَحَبَّتِي لِلْمُتَحَابِّينَ فِيَّ وَحَقَّتْ مَحَبَّتِي للمُتَجَالِسِينَ فِيَّ وَحَقَّتْ مَحَبَّتِي لِلْمُتَزَاوِرِينَ فِيَّ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Those who love one another for Allah are in the shade of Allah's Throne on a day when there is no shade except His shade. People will be terrified and they will not be terrified, and people will fear and they will not fear." He said: Then I got up from him and went to 'Ubadah b. al-Samit. 'Ubadah said, 'And better than it: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "My love has become due for those who love one another for My sake, and My love has become due for those who sit together for My sake, and My love has become due for those who visit one another for My sake."'
