حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَنْتُمْ تُوفُونَ سَبْعِينَ أُمَّةً أَنْتُمْ آخِرُهَا وَأَكْرَمُهَا عَلَى اللهِ ﷻ»

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. ʿAlī b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz
  2. Ḥajjāj b. al-Minhāl
  3. Ḥammād b. Salamah
  4. Saʿīd al-Jurayrī
  5. Ḥakīm b. Muʿāwiyah from his father

✧ That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “You complete seventy nations; you are the last of them and the most honored of them in the sight of Allah, may He be glorified and exalted.”
