حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ ثنا حَوْثَرَةُ بْنُ أَشْرَسَ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ بَدَّلَ دِينَهُ فَاقْتُلُوهُ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللهُ تَوْبَةَ عَبْدِ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ إِسْلَامِهِ»

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Dāwud b. Muḥammad b. Ṣāliḥ al-Marwazī
  2. Ḥawtharah b. Ashras
  3. Ḥammād b. Salamah
  4. Bahz b. Ḥakīm from his father from his grandfather

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said, “Whoever changes his religion, kill him. God does not accept the repentance of a servant who disbelieves after his Islam.”
