حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِيَةَ يَقُولُ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاضْرِبُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاضْرِبُوهُ ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ»
