حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّنُوخِيُّ ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُسَيْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «خَيْرُ دُورِ الْأَنْصَارِ بَنُو النَّجَّارِ ثُمَّ بَنُو عَبْدِ الْأَشْهَلِ ثُمَّ بَنُو الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ ثُمَّ بَنُو سَاعِدَةَ وَفِي كُلِّ دُورِ الْأَنْصَارِ خَيْرٌ» فَقَالَ سَعْدُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ مَا أَرَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَّا قَدْ فَضَّلَ عَلَيْنَا قَالَ «قَدْ فُضِّلْتُمْ عَلَى كَثِيرٍ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The best dwellings of the Ansar are Banu al-Najjar, then Banu 'Abd al-Ashhal, then Banu al-Harith b. al-Khazraj, then Banu Sa'ida, and in all the dwellings of the Ansar there is good." Sa'd b. 'Ubada said: "I see that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has only favored others over us." He said: "You have been favored over many."
