حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْقَطِيعِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ الْبُرْسَانِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ جَعْدَةَ عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَة

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَ كَعْبَ بْنَ عُجْرَةَ أَنْ يَحْلِقَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الْقَمْلِ ثُمَّ قَالَ «صُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ أَوْ أَطْعِمْ سِتَّةَ مَسَاكِينٍ مُدَّيْنِ مُدَّيْنِ أَوِ اذْبَحْ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ commanded Kaʿb b. ʿUjrah to shave his head because of lice. Then he said: “Fast three days, or feed six poor people with two mudds each, or slaughter a sacrifice.”
