حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجُذُوعِيُّ الْقَاضِي وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالَا ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي ذَكَاةِ الْجَنِينِ قَالَ «ذَكَاتُهُ ذَكَاةُ أُمِّهِ»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ concerning the slaughter of the fetus. He said: 'Its slaughter is the slaughter of its mother.'
