حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ وَابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ? عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ «رِجَالًا مِنْ بَنِي سَلِمَةَ كَانُوا يَشْهَدُونَ الْمَغْرِبَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَيَنْصَرِفُونَ إِلَى أَهْلِيهِمْ وَهُمْ يُبْصِرُونَ مَوَاقِعَ النَّبْلِ» «وَلَمْ يَقُلْ مَعْمَرٌ وَابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ عَنِ ابْنِ كَعْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ»

Translation

✧ He informed him that men from Banu Salimah used to attend Maghrib with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, then they would leave to their families while they could still see the places where arrows fell. Ma'mar and Ibn Jurayj did not say in this hadith 'from Ibn Ka'b, from his father.'
