حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ قَالَا ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ ثنا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ثنا قُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

«أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَدْخَلْتُ يَدِي فِي جُرُبَّانِهِ فَمَا تَرَكْتُ أَنْ دَعَا لِي وَأَنَا أَلْمَسُ الْخَاتَمَ فَرَأَيْتُ عَلَى كَتِفَيْهِ مِثْلَ السِّلْعَةِ خَاتَمَ النُّبُوَّةِ»

✧ I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and put my hand into his collar opening. He did not stop making supplication for me while I was touching the seal. I saw on his shoulders something like a wen—the seal of prophethood.
