حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي غَرَزَةَ قَالَ

أَتَانَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِلَى السُّوقِ فَقَالَ «يَا مَعْشَرَ التُّجَّارِ إِنَّ هَذِهِ السُّوقُ يُخَالِفُهَا حَلِفٌ فَشُوبُوهَا بِالصَّدَقَةِ»

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ came to us at the market and said, “O company of merchants, indeed this market is accompanied by swearing, so mix it with charity.”
