حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نَافِعٍ بن الْعَمْيَاءِ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الصَّلَاةُ مَثْنَى مَثْنَى تَشَهَّدُ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَتَضَرَّعُ وَتَخَشَّعُ وَتَمَسْكَنُ وَتُقْنِعُ بِيَدَيْكَ يَقُولُ تَرْفَعُهَا إِلَى رَبِّكَ تُسْتَقْبَلُ بِوَجْهِكَ وَتَقُولُ يَا رَبِّ يَا رَبِّ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ خِدَاعٌ

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: "The prayer is performed in pairs, with a testimony in each two units of prayer, and with supplication, humility, and devotion. You should hold firmly and submit with your hands, raising them towards your Lord, facing Him. You should say, 'O Lord, O Lord.' Whoever does not do that, he is deceiving."
