حَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالُوا ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْبَدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَكَانَ رَدِيفُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِلنَّاسِ عَشِيَّةَ عَرَفَةَ وَغَدَاةَ جَمْعٍ حِينَ وَقَفُوا «عَلَيْكُمُ السَّكِينَةَ» وَهُوَ كَافٌّ نَاقَتَهُ حَتَّى إِذَا دَخَلَ مُحَسِّرًا وَهُوَ مِنْ مِنًى قَالَ «عَلَيْكُمْ بِحَصَى الْخَذْفِ الَّذِي يُرْمَى بِهِ الْجَمْرَةُ» قَالَ وَلَمْ يَزَلْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ

✧ From al-Faḍl b. ʿAbbās, who was the riding companion of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, that he said to the people on the evening of ʿArafah and the morning of Jamʿ when they stood: "Upon you is tranquility," while he was holding back his she-camel. Then when he entered Muḥassir, which is part of Minā, he said: "Upon you are the pebbles of khadhf, with which the jamrah is thrown." He said: And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not cease reciting the talbiyah until he threw the jamrah.
