حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ أَبُو يَحْيَى صَاعِقَةٌ ثنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا شَبِيبُ بْنُ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ عَنْ غَيْلَانَ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ

كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي سَفَرِهِ فَقَالَ «لَوْ كُنْتُ آمِرًا أَحَدًا أَنْ يَسْجُدَ لِأَحَدٍ لَأَمَرْتُ الْمَرْأَةَ أَنْ تَسْجُدَ لِزَوْجِهَا»

Translation

✧ We were with the Prophet ﷺ on a journey, and he said: "If I were to command anyone to prostrate to anyone, I would command the wife to prostrate to her husband."
