حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الضَّبِّيُّ قَالَا ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ أنا حَاجِبُ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي سَبْعُونَ أَلْفًا بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ الَّذِينَ لَا يَكْتَوُونَ وَلَا يَسْتَرْقُونَ وَلَا يَتَطَيَّرُونَ وَعَلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَتَوَكَّلُونَ» فَمَا زَالَ بِنَا الْبَلَاءُ حَتَّى اكْتَوَيْنَا فَمَا أَفْلَحْنَا وَلَا أَنْجَحْنَا

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said, “Seventy thousand of my community will enter Paradise without reckoning—those who do not cauterize, do not seek ruqya, do not practice divination by birds, and upon their Lord they rely.” Then affliction kept befalling us until we cauterized, and we neither succeeded nor prospered.
