حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَاجِيَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ أَبُو يَحْيَى صَاعِقَةٌ ثنا عَتَّابُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ثنا أَبُو حَمْزَةَ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ الْأَزْدِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ حَيَّانَ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ قَالَ
بَعَثَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَكَتَبَ فِي الْخَلِيطَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا مُسْلِمٌ وَالْآخَرُ مُشْرِكٌ «أَنْ خُذْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِ الْعُشْرَ وَمِنَ الْمُشْرِكِ الْجِزْيَةَ»
