حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ ثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْفَزَارِيِّ عَنْ هِشَامٍ الدَّسْتُوَائِيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَ أَبُو سَلَّامٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ لَيُدْخِلُ بِالسَّهْمِ الْوَاحِدِ الْجَنَّةَ صَانِعَهُ يَحْتَسِبُ فِي صَنْعَتِهِ الْخَيْرَ وَالرَّامِيَ بِهِ وَالْمُهْدِيَ بِهِ» وَقَالَ «ارْمُوا وَارْكَبُوا وَأَنْ تَرْمُوا أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ تَرْكَبُوا كُلُّ شَيْءٍ يَلْهُو بِهِ الرَّجُلُ فَهُوَ بَاطِلٌ إلَّا تَأْدِيبَهُ فَرَسَهُ وَرَمْيَهُ بِقَوْسِهِ وَمُلَاعَبَتَهُ امْرَأَتَهُ»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "Indeed, Allah, may He be exalted, will admit to Paradise because of a single arrow: its maker, who seeks reward in his craft for good, and the one who shoots it, and the one who gifts it." And he said: "Shoot and ride, and that you shoot is more beloved to me than that you ride. Everything a man amuses himself with is false except training his horse, shooting with his bow, and playing with his wife."
