حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ثَنَا أَصْبَغُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَزِيدَ الْقَرَاطِيسِيُّ ثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَزْرَقُ ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ أَبَا عُشَّانَةَ الْمَعَافِرِيَّ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ يَقُولُ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَثْكَلَ ثَلَاثَةً مِنْ صُلْبِهِ فَاحْتَسَبَهُمْ عَلَى اللهِ» وَقَالَ أَبُو عُشَّانَةَ مَرَّةً فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَلَمْ يَقُلْهَا أُخْرَى – «وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Whoever loses three children from his own loins and expects reward for them from Allah.” Abu ʿUshana said once, “in the path of Allah,” but did not say it another time – “Paradise becomes obligatory for him.”
