حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ خَلَفٍ أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ أُخْتِهِ أَنَّهَا نَذَرَتْ أنْ تَمْشِيَ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ اللهَ لِغَنِيٌّ عَنْ نَذْرِ أُخْتِكَ لِتَرْكَبْ وَلْتُهْدِ بَدَنَةً»

✧ He asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about his sister who had vowed to walk to the Kaʿbah. He said, “Allah is in no need of your sister’s vow. Let her ride and sacrifice a camel.”
