حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَحْرٍ ثنا قَتَادَةُ بْنُ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ الرَّهَاوِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنْ صَلَّى الْعِشَاءَ الْآخِرَةَ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ فَكَأَنَّمَا صَلَّى اللَّيْلَ كُلَّهُ وَمَنْ صَلَّى الْغَدَاةَ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ فَكَأَنَّمَا صَلَّى النَّهَارَ كُلَّهُ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: "Whoever prays the later Isha in congregation, it is as if he prayed the whole night; and whoever prays the morning prayer in congregation, it is as if he prayed the whole day."
