حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ قَالَا أَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ مُضَرِّسٍ
أَنَّه أَتَى النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَتْعَبْتُ وَأَنْصَبْتُ وأَحْفَيْتُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ أَدْرَكَ جَمْعًا مَع النَّاسِ والْإِمامَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُفِيضُوا فَقَدْ أَدْرَكَ الْحَجَّ وَمَنْ لَم يُدْرِكْ النَّاسَ والإِمامَ بِجَمْعٍ حَتَّى يُفِيضُوا فَلَم يُدْرِكِ الْحَجَّ»

✧ He came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have tired myself, exhausted myself, and worn out my shoes." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever catches Jamʿ with the people and the imam before they depart has caught the Hajj; and whoever does not catch the people and the imam at Jamʿ until they depart has not caught the Hajj."
